Those that are born again and being led of The Holy Spirit allow Him to take control. This results in Him having His way and just like the wind He will take them in different directions that might not be expecting but there is always perfection and a greater purpose. A pastor might have a sermon prepared for service but if they are truly yielding to The Holy Ghost then sometimes He will just have them preach something totally different. There might be a soul that needed to hear a specific message at that specific moment. God will leave the 99 to go get that 1 soul.
