Alleluia! The joy of the Lord is truly our strength! If anyone is feeling down, it is such a blessing to be able to have this truth: that the spirit of heaviness can be replaced with the garment of praise. The scriptures instruct us to give a sacrifice of praise unto the Lord. Sometimes it's easier said than done, but the truth is that although a person might not feel like it at times, if they begin to sing to The Lord, they will start to feel this undeniable joy. After all, the enemy doesn't want to hear praises to The Most High, so he and his evil ones will have no choice but to flee. Once light is present, the darkness immediately disappears. 
 
 
Isaiah 61:3
