God calls those who are His to be set apart. We are a peculiar people. We are pilgrims just passing through. This is not our home, and our mission is to make it to our true home in heaven with God Almighty and to try to get as many people as possible to join us. This world is perishing with the things in it. We cannot take anything from it with us, and to be honest, this world doesn't have anything good to offer. The things that it does offer are not everlasting. There will come an end to it all, and was it worth it in the end? We will see. We are to be separate from the world and are to come out of the world so that we do not suffer the judgments that are coming. We are safe in Jesus Christ. Jesus said in Him we will have peace and in the world we will have tribulation, but that we should be of good cheer because He has overcome the world.
